I just had one of my best vacations ever at this hotel! Everything was exceptional from start to finish. The spacious, beautifully renovated room featured comfortable furniture, a fantastic bed, all necessary modern amenities and, on top, an astonishing sea view! The bay and beach were absolutely charming, providing the perfect backdrop for relaxation. The food was fantastic, and the friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. I truly couldn’t have asked for more, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch getaway!

Had an amazing time and unforgettable memories on our vacation. We booked the all-inclusive package, as we arrived we upgraded to a SWIM UP PREMIUM DUPLEX SUITE with the red carpet program, such a pleasant surprise. Special thanks to the hotel manager and the amazing team at the reception that made our stay warm. Moreover, the team at the pool bar has done an excellent job with our drinks and I was waiting every day for the aqua fitness in the pool. The last evening, we celebrated at the Ginger restaurant with great food and atmosphere.

As for me, the desserts I mean the cakes on all the meals weren’t that tasty, a bit disappointing but at least fewer calories for me haha.

The food was great, the staff was very friendly and attentive, the facilities were very good, excelent pool and easy access to the beautiful beach.

The floor in the room and bathroom was dirty, the attitutde of the reception clerks was rude when we brought up the fact that the room we booked was a sea view room and we received a room with partial sea view. They offered to change the room but the options they gave us were either a smaller room located on the second floor in a distant building with no elevator or a smaller room above the bar area which was noisy.

Clean and quite

There should be a location to dump used beach towels around the main pool area so you don’t need to carry it back to your room. Hair dryers are awful they need updating it did not dry my hair at all.

In addition to our exceptional experience at the hotel, they let us stay in and use the all inclusive facility after checking out, which was a great offer for us. We would definitely come back👌🏽.

2nd year in a row for us. Just as exceptional as last year. Amazing, attentive staff. Great food, entertainment and facilities. Always clean. We will be back again, thank you for looking after us.
