The sink had leakage and water was falling out going everywhere in the bathroom and washbasin floor , service staff not trained well

It had so much to.offer. this small piece of land has mythological, geological and ecological significance. Staffs were well trained and helpful. Food was great. Thoroughly enjoyed the beach and the water sports. Overall it was superb.

Our stay at Cintacor Island Resort was truly unlike anything we’ve experienced before—it felt like stepping into a world of its own. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, helpful, and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The rooms were neat, well-maintained, and very comfortable, with a beautiful view of the sea that made every moment special. Our child absolutely loved spending time at the private beach, and the crystal-clear blue pool was equally inviting. The food was exceptional—thoughtfully prepared and tailored to our preferences, including special attention to our child’s tastes. One of the most magical highlights was the dolphin spotting cruise. Watching our child’s excitement as she saw dolphins for the first time is something we’ll never forget. Even a week later, she’s still talking about it—it’s truly one of her best childhood memories. We were also fascinated by the island’s history and biodiversity. The turtle pool, mystery creek, and guided island tour were all wonderful experiences that added so much depth to our stay. Overall, the island feels like a hidden gem—peaceful, less explored, and almost as if it was meant just for us to unwind and create beautiful memories. We will definitely be visiting again.

No worst place no clean no good food staff is hopeless only they want money from the customers. Please don’t go this property at any cost. In cabin mosquitos and other forest bees coming inside. No hospital facilities in the property. Worst meantance

It looked like the property has been marketed heavily with the help of influencers and given a very high rating - it lacks basic amenities, service of the staff is super poor and very short staffed. Specially since this is on an island with no external access, we had to struggle through the 2 days of our stay as they were not able to provide alternative food options for our kids and we were just left to fend for ourselves. Even the dining area is so small where the resort was fully booked and there weren't enough tables and chairs to house the guests. Exorbitantly priced only for the location (even the place is not well maintained - very poor ambience for the entire place - looked very run-down with no care) and heavily marketed through paid influencers. Not worth at all!
