The adaptability and management of the resort to our requests were phenomenal. Especially the kitchen is really good.

The stuffs lied about cleanliness at first. They reported that they cleaned without changing the bedsheet, or cleaning the floor. However, the management sent them repeatedly after I complained.

Location and staffs were perfect and have nothing to say but to praise

The bathroom does not have glass encloser for dry and wet area, so it was always wet. And the wardrobe is inside the bathroom making things much worse. Also the lid of the commode was loose and it has stain and some area it was discolored. Even after informing it was found that they are helpless to fix. Backlit of the tv panel burned in the 1st day which we promptly informed and it got severed from the tv line. Finally the staff and the reception person were very attentive, cordial and it saved the day even after having these issues. Kudos to the staff.

Good location near the Gorumara National Park.

Dirty, stinky, loud, food gave us serious stomach issues, cannot pay with an international credit card although they say they accept cards.
