Please note that guests are requested to first check-in in Della Resorts, Lonavala then will be taken in our Military style vehicles through 30-40 mins off road drive & 15 mins trek to DATA Resorts. Pick up facility from Della resorts to DATA Resort is available at 1 PM, 3 PM and last at 5 PM. No transport will be available after 5 PM please adhere to the timings provided. Double Vaccination certificate mandatory for all guests to check-in at the Resort. Management reserves the right to refuse check-in in case of no vaccination certificate being provided at check-in. Any refunds/amendment would not be honored in such cases. Due to the location and the accessibility challenges to this adventure resort, it is non-permissible for "Pregnant Females" and "Senior Citizens" stays"Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.

Staff talking didn't talk in manner I have booking for Data but timming of checking in didn't mention at booking time that's matter but duty manager accomodate us in della resort But front desk person is giving average room 2nd thing which happened with us that we didn't consume some snacks but at the time of check out they charge me for consumption

"Hotel ambience is good but no value for money . Not eligible to be ranked as a 5 star property ."

Good ambience and well maintained garden .

1. Room was not clean and foul smell of unused for a long. 2. Food was very very poor . Service was not up to the mark even though it’s a 5 star hotel . 3. Even after paying 28000/ day suite rent , had to buy a day pass worth 2300 with additional ride cost 200-1000 for the adventure activities . Even the Indore games like carroms / chess we have to pay as above . It is very unethical . 4.Customers should be careful while billing as there may be hidden charges. We noticed additional wifi charges which were rectified when pointed out .
