Our stay at Adamo The Village on June 17–18, 2025, was a complete disaster. Despite all the positive reviews online, the reality was shockingly poor. We were given Room 105 where the AC didn’t work and the intercom was dead. I had to walk to the reception twice just to report it. After wasting 20+ minutes, we were told the AC couldn’t be fixed, so they moved us to Room 304. Guess what? The intercom in that room was also not working. Even worse — the mattress was horrible and painful, with springs pressing through. It was impossible to relax. Because of the broken intercom and the fact that we were unwell, we couldn’t even report this. And based on their previous attitude, we didn’t want to waste more time walking to reception again. We missed dinner because we were sick. At 10:30 PM, I requested just two spoons to eat food we brought from outside, and they bluntly refused—saying the restaurant was closed. No empathy, no flexibility, no basic courtesy. This place has zero sense of hospitality. The staff are cold and indifferent, and it’s clear they are not trained to care about guest comfort. This stay left us with backaches, frustration, and regret. Stay away unless you want your vacation ruined.
