Location is best Property is well maintained and taking care of the feel of Matheran.. natural beauty Breakfast is fine.. enough varieties..staff curtous All staff right from booking staff ..Viki and Madhu were very helpful Reception staff very knowledgeable and helpful too All other staff room service or restaurant staff polite Swimming pool is well maintained Spa facilities additional good service Spa staff Sarah very knowledgeable and good in her work Security staff doing their job very well and very polite Overall experience was awesome Liked it Definitely visit again and again with family and friends All the best for your place

It's not a question of what I didn't like but maybe just suggestion Morning tea before breakfast and evening tea should be served

The property was peaceful and beautiful

The staffs are very rude and were questioning everytime we wanted something. There were not very responsive when we had any issues

The location is very good. It's nearest to the market. The points are almost walking distance. The room size for the super deluxe was good. The bathroom size was spacious too. Food was good. The staff was polite and good. Overall a good experience.

But looking at the similar price range hotels and amenities, we felt it was lacking behind like the mattress was uncomfortable. The pillows were almost flat. Other than this, the basic bath kit had only soap and shampoo, while other hotels provide dental kit, shower kit like shampoo conditioner and shower cap, comb, moisturizer etc.
