The staff was really kind and helpful.

Room was as seen in the pictures, very comfortable, good location close walking distance to restaurants and activities, staff very friendly and helpful.

Comfortable rooms and very helpful staff. Free use of paddle boards. Good location away from main stretch of bars but close enough was able to get there quickly on a trike arranged by staff. The staff arranged canyoneering and it was a flawless, included a meal and full transfer. Mineral water is provided and a fridge which was a great touch as the water is always a concern when travelling.

The upstairs rooms had large steps that were difficult to climb with a bad back. There are a lot of animal noises all night which could keep some people awake and the tap pump outside the room was loud at night. The roads approaching were very bad.

Cleanliness of the room

The location is just far from the center and the dirt road takes forever
