Czysty hotel, bardzo przytulny, łóżka idealne aby się wyspać. Obsługa przemiła, śniadania przekroczyły nasze oczekiwania, a lokalizacja jest idealna. Poranki na molo z widokiem na serce Mrągowa - nie ma lepszego uczucia. Zdecydowanie polecam

Pobyt w hotelu oceniam jako udany. Niestety, istotnym mankamentem okazała się organizacja śniadań. Mimo wykupionej opcji ze śniadaniem, w okresie świątecznym większość stolików była zarezerwowana wyłącznie dla gości korzystających z pełnego wyżywienia. Po zgłoszeniu personelowi potrzeby zajęcia miejsca otrzymałam jedynie informację, że powinnam sama poszukać wolnego stolika. Było to niekomfortowe, zwłaszcza że wiele stolików pozostawało pustych, lecz niedostępnych. Taka sytuacja znacząco obniżyła komfort korzystania z usługi, która była opłacona i powinna być zapewniona bez dodatkowych utrudnień.
