Proprio sulla spiaggia, letteralmente tre passi. Lo staff disponibilissimo e gentilissimo

Le camere sono decisamente obsolete! Nonostante il cambio di lenzuola e asciugamani effettuato ogni giorno ci sono evidenti problemi. Abbiamo avuto le blatte in bagno SEMPRE, che non è affatto piacevole!

Very average Beachfront location. Food is meh at best, on white beach but not very well maintained beach front. The Phillipino staff are lovely. However, left with a bad taste the lady who runs the place (not sure on name, was not 🇵🇭) tried to charge ridiculous price for a taxi from the hotel to siloan port. 3500 pesos. Her rationale for the high price was she is getting a driver from Cebu. Which is 4 hours away. Asked for local taxi. Did not give me information, if anything she purposely avoided this. In the end got a local taxi driver who charged 1000 pesos

La nouriture. Restaurant n'est pas top Ce qui est imagé sur le menu ne resemble pas du tout à ce qui est servi.

Resort proprio sulla spiaggia. Buono il Wi-Fi. La cameriera che serve la colazione simpatica.

Appena entrato ho trovato una blatta sul pavimento. Igiene scarseggia. Aria condizionata molto lenta. Manca una luce sul terrazzino che dà nel giardino. Cuscini scomodissimi

Die Bungalows sind veraltet, kein Wasserkocher, keine Seife, Kühlschrank laut und verschmutzt,

Het strand en service was top. Ze willen alles voor je regelen.

Bedden kraken wel heel erg.

Der Strand mit seinem hellen Sand ist wunderschön, man kann vom Strand aus gut schwimmen, schnorcheln und auch Tauchen. Der Garten des Resorts ist traumhaft schön, mit viel Liebe gestaltet und sehr gepflegt. Die Besitzerin und das gesamte Personal sind unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ob Tauchausfahrten, Ausflüge, Transport zum Flughafen oder Fähre, alles wird organisiert. Vegane Gerichte stehen nicht auf der Speisekarte, aber hier ist der Koch flexibel und geht auf die Wünsche der Urlauber ein. Das Resort ist bestens geeignet für Ruhesuchende und/oder für Taucher. Es gibt keine Abendunterhaltung oder Animation, für uns genau das Richtige.

Our stay at Ravenala Beach Resort offered a mix of experiences. The absolute highlight was the excellent staff, who were attentive, friendly, and genuinely doing a great job. The food was also good, and the pricing was okay.

However, guests need to set their expectations regarding the facilities and environment. We think it is overpriced for what it has to offer and is over-relying on beach front location, although the beach itself is not great. While the rooms are very simple and not as clean as they should be at this price(no cleaning during a 4 days stay), the biggest issue was the beach. The resort advertises direct access to the White Beach but it is just not that white anymore and numerous dogs roaming the area. The property can take more initiative to clean at least the immediate area in front of the resort. Another unpleasant experience was the fact that children were allowed onto the resort territory to ask guests for money, during dinner. The owner was often present at meals, yet ignored such issues and made zero connection with the guests. Also, we were disappointed about the noise disturbance coming from the neighbouring hotel, playing loud party music until 2 AM (official curfew is at 11 PM). When this happened a second time, we had to go and sort out the issue ourselves because the owner clearly didn't care enough to sort it out.
