The building was beautiful and the room was very large. I stayed on the first floor with the large balcony overlooking the whole entrance. The staff were very kind with my disabled father and arranged a wheelchair for him.

The area around was not that pretty. lots of building going on. My bed did not have the most comfy mattress that I imagined for the size and price of the room.

The structure is nice. However, the view on the old estate projects nearby ruins the atmosphere and affects the general feel of the property as exclusive.

A late check in at 3 pm and an early check out at 10:30 without the option of using the hotel facilities is not ideal. Generally, the staff was rude and did not offer the usual hospitality expected from similar hotels. The bathroom in the centre of the room doesn’t offer much privacy and it is not recommended if you are sharing the room with family or a friend.

Zenful vibes, super clean and very comfortable accommodations, friendly and responsive staff. Breakfast was world class and something we looked forward to daily.

Absolutely beautiful stay! From the pool to breakfast, everything was superb and the staff were so lovely and accommodating to everything. Our children had lots of room to move around safely

Only suggestion I would make was maybe offering more snack options or even a small lunch menu? That way if you wanted to stay put you don’t have to go into town. Also more foliage on the roof top and sun beds/cover
