Great location

Not the accommodation advertised on your web site, very misleading. Still waiting for you to sort this issue for us. We thought we were booking a Hampton lodge but ended up with the glamping pod, very disappointed to say the least !!

Thought we were booking a pet free lodge which wasn’t the case, given wrong key to lodge at booking in which led to an embarrassing event with another lodge holidaymaker, Cleanliness within the lodge could be improved, cobwebs on wall with spiders, jets on hot tub not working properly. Site wasn’t as luxurious as advertised in advert

Nice view and hot tub , nice and quiet

When we booked , it showed a different lodge , one with a bedroom, not a sofa bed …and much bigger lodge , no black out blind on the main door which was a big issue as the light came in at 4am in the morning, swimming pool was closed and we couldn’t book a table for food at the restaurant on Saturday as they had a private function on ,so didn’t get to use these facilities ,which where offered when booked

Stunning decor, comfy bed, lovely views and the hot tub was under cover as it was raining. Will definitely return it was outstanding.

No negative comments it was all very good

Beautiful location, pod was lovley, only down side was there was no oven in our unit, and the sofa bed needs a topper for comfort, and on the Sunday the restaurant or bar wasn't open after 4-5 and we weren't told this, but we had a really lovey stay and the hot tub was incredible, staff couldn't do enough and it was spotlessly clean.
