The location was amazing. The views from the decking area were beautiful. The lodge was cosy and warm. Felt like home from home. Everything you could wish for in a relaxing stay.

"Cold and damp"

The view The shower pressure Plenty of cooking essentials

Although the furnishings are contemporary and comfy the accommodation has cosmetic issues.The kitchen kick boards need attaching,as does the shower. Signs of damp in the shower room ceiling. Extractor is above the door. The access to the entry gate is very steep The electric fire controls were hard to locate and the fire did not stay on... The heating was problematic and because the fire wasn't an option we were glad of the array of blankets stashed. Sadly without addressing the issues pointed out we won't return. Not value for money. @£375 for 4 nights there are far better options. Were heating isn't a concern.

Very clean and tidy with superb views. Little touches like the welcome card and chocolates let's you know the owners go that little bit extra to make people feel at home.
