Of course the air-con or fan would be nice for the hot days Tissues or kitchen towels will be handy to have

Close enough to visit st Ives , lands end, etc. lovely tehidy country park down the road with some good woodland walks and squirrels! Very quiet and well placed caravans .

Quite steep caravan park and parking could be better. Caravan was comfortable and clean but the shower could be upgraded to an electric shower as it loses heat too quickly.

"A very good location to explore Cornwall"

The location is perfect for you to explore Cornwall. All attractions are within 30 mins to 50 mins drive. The house is sparkling clean. Facility is out of my expectation. All white goods are high-end and easy to use. The house itself is spacious and cozy. It is warm enough in night too. Really recommend you to stay here when you are visiting Cornwall. Richard is a very nice and friendly host. He is knowledgeable and familiar with the neighborhood. Thanks for his advice, I visited St Ives through train instead of driving in. I am sure I will get quite a few scratches on my hired van if I drove into the town.
