The scenery is beautiful

The staff is not friendly, the beds are not good to sleep, the breakfast is not complete

The scenic beauty . It was absolutely stunning to feel the flow of the river under your feet. The river,the mountains, the bamboo clusters and the birds made the stay worthwhile.

The staff didn’t know a word of English. The food provided needs a a lot of attention. Inspite of the property being in the middle of farming community,no fresh fruits were kept for breakfast.

The view

The staff was very rude when there were no other guest. Not trying to communicate with us and help with arranging activities. When there were more thai guests the next day suddenly they were very helpful.

The location are not convenient but it’s worth to go due to the beautiful environment and the special experience living in floating house on the river

Beautiful place on the river in the middle of a lush jungle. In the morning you can do the rafting on the river that is amazing! The staff is super friendly. The room was little but with all the necessary.

On Tuesday 11 July we checked in to 2 x family rooms. At around 5.30am on Wednesday morning, gurgling noises started coming from the plumbing in the V1 room and within the next 90 minutes, the toilet started overflowing in the bathroom. At 7am, the toilet in the V2 room started overflowing as well. We found a staff member working in a nearby room, who came to our room and over the next 30 minutes was in and out of the bathroom, and attending to plumbing outside of the rooms. The floors in both bathrooms were flooded and a very strong and unpleasant smell filled both rooms. We attended reception area and the restaurant area to find the person who was in charge at the time. They came to our room to view the situation and they saw the dirt and other rubbish and flooding on the bathroom floors. They appeared to be making calls and offered to move us to different rooms, which were directly next door to our existing rooms. I viewed the rooms and determined that they would be unsuitable for our group, as there was no access via the veranda between the two rooms. We were a family group with the children and adults staying in separate rooms. It was impossible for the children to move safely to the adult’s room should they require, as each room was set up to be completely private from the other. This hotel accommodation was on a floating raft, and the river was flowing very quickly. We needed the children to have safe access between the rooms, which was not possible in the proposed replacement rooms. Each room was quite small and the option of the children sharing our room compromised the quality of the holiday experience for us all. I informed the staff that this was not a suitable compromise for these reasons and that we would like a refund. At this time the staff member informed me that we would have to apply through Agoda for consideration of a refund. There is nothing bad about it

Location was good, especially for access to Hellfire Pass memorial centre. The on-site restaurant is exceptional, with excellent food and amazing staff.

Access from car park to resort chalets and dining area, very steep in places.
