Valentina Resort & Spa Phu Quoc

We had a wonderful stay at this property in a family room which fitted our family of 5 comfortably. The hosts are friendly and helpful. It is clean and quiet and a short stroll to lots of restaurant options or the beach. Delicious breakfast and refreshing, clean pool. Great that there is also a laundry onsite too. However, the kids loved riding in the complimentary buggy! Highly recommend.

L’ambiance était exceptionnelle! Tout le personnel s’exprime très bien en anglais et va au devant de nos besoins. La chambre est confortable, grand balcon sur un joli jardin, et la piscine est fraîche grâce aux arbres qui l’entourent. Très bon petit-déjeuner. On a réservé nos billets d’excursion et on nous offre le transport gratuit vers l’aéroport. On avait envoyé un taxi nous chercher à notre hôtel de Khem Beach, à un tarif très raisonnable. L’hôtel possède un petit « buggy » électrique qui peut nous amener à la plage la plus proche où même au but de la ruelle jusqu’à la rue principale. Un service hors paire!

호텔 진입로 공사로 불편했는데 지금은 끝난거 같아요

Une semaine au paradis, loin de la route bruyante (300m, le personnel peut vous déposer au bout du chemin en voiturette très pratique), site entouré de végétation, personnel très sympa, menage impeccable, Petit déjeuner copieux. Bref à refaire si je retourne à PQ . Cet endroit m'a permis de ne plus penser au boulot :) Demander les chambres du fond de l'hôtel, proches végétation, en retrait de la piscine et du petit resto du petit dej

Tout était bien.

Room was clean and tidy + bed was comfy. Breakfast was great with a good selection of food. Hosts/owners were welcoming + lovely. Was having trouble booking a Grab and the reception person (the owner I think) offered to help and ordered off his account). A surprise birthday cake was organised for me by my partner with the accomodation staff which was a nice gesture. Valentina went above and beyond to ensure our stay was a positive experience.

This isn’t a reflection of the accomodation but I don’t think Grab like the location. It’s up a windy and tight street (up from the main road) so this may be a challenge experienced by some visitors.

Die freundlichen Besitzer, Mitarbeiter!! Es war sofort zum Wohlfühlen!! Schöner tropischer Garten mit Pool, gemütlicher Sitzbereich, wo es auch das Frühstück gab. Das Frühstück war mega lecker!! Für mich gab es nichts besseres. Die Zimmer waren ausreichend, sauber, mit Balkon und wurden täglich gereinigt. Wäscherei und Rollerverleih war vorhanden, was wir auch genutzt haben. Der Weg zur Hauptstraße entweder mit Shuttle oder zu Fuß war echt machbar. Rundum einfach ein tolles kleines Resort!! Eine kleine Perle!!

Vieną dieną nebuvo karšto vandens. Booking. com nurodyta kambario plotas 32 kv. m. Realiai kambario plotas su dušo patalpomis yra tik apie 25 kv. m.

スタッフは皆さんフレンドリー。付かず離れずの対応で私は凄く居心地が良かったです。イヌのキキ？だったかなメス犬も人懐っこくて可愛かった〜。シャワーの排水もこれはまずいとにっと思った瞬間に一気に流れて行くので、心配しなくていいです。ベトナムに何回か来ている中で1番排水がスムーズなHotelでした。 あと、朝も夜もとても静かです。これベトナムでは大事です。その代わり朝はニワトリが起こしてくれます。
