Disappointing stay overall. The staff speaks almost no English - only one person at reception does, and when they're not around, communication becomes impossible. We ordered one thing multiple times and consistently received something else. The reception closes at 9pm, after which there is absolutely no one available to help with anything. No phone in the room. The air conditioning is falsely advertised - it's so weak it's practically useless, and only after we complained did they bring a fan. The balcony gets direct sun all day with zero shade, making it completely unusable during daylight hours. During our stay we could clearly see other resorts nearby that looked significantly better. Would not recommend.
