Měli jsme ubytováni číslo 3, vedle stojící strom už při menším větříku drhnul větvemi o střechu a nás to každou noc budilo, nebylo to příjemné… Je škoda, že ten bazén není zprovozněný, není využity, je na pěkném místě a v tom teple by se smočil každý

Even though not particularly vibey or luxurious, Sea Bear served our purpose very well, especially at this price. The location was very convenient to explore different areas of the island, while the AC and wifi ensured we could work comfortably during the hottest parts of the day. It was also very quiet at night meaning we enjoyed great sleeping. My girlfriend found the bed a little soft, but I had no complains.

It really did not have a particular vibe or charm. Though facillities were clean, there was a smell in the bathroom and occasionally insects managed to get inside the room. Not the most proactive / helpful staff, but they did their job. A mini fridge would have been useful.

It’s not the best location on Koh Phayam. We moved to the beach after a day.

Bathroom wasn't very clean, mould on tiles, unbearable smell in bathroom, tiles had mould, sink wasn't clean and tap had black mould around. No hot water, only cold shower. One side of the bed was broken so mattress was sinking in to the frame making bed uneven. No Internet throughout all 5 days stay. Staff don't speak English at all and couldn't help with any issues. Had to cancel last 2 days as couldn't bear the smell in bathroom.
