Environment is good. Old fashioned hotel, It's in a golf club.

Kind of remote area. Very hard to call a car. Breakfast is so-so.

- No baggage help check in when more people from car - No baggage help when go to room - No cleaning when stay more than 1 night - Price so high greater than A+ hotel - Quality of meat at buffet in the morning not so good

Best staff ever

First room was not clean, very basic interior, old fashioned. Second room, clean though awful smell from through room. View over golf course is magnificent. Pool is out of service until October 2023, this was communicated before arrival, otherwise would have rebooked to another hotel. No compensation given for this. A la carte food in the hotel is very lovely served, really enjoyed the curry 🍛, the steak 🥩 was also well prepared.

Poor understanding of English. Very willing to assist, however execution is not at a level that I would expect from a High End Golf Course Resort and those who can speak English very well are not given the opportunity to assist the clients.

I was there as part of a school sporting event. The sporting facilities were fabulous. The staff were extremely friendly & helpful. The food was good. Beautiful view from room

The rooms were basic, not very clean, no pictures, no bedside lamps, no furniture on the balcony except a drying rail. The swimming pool was closed for maintenance this was not communicated before check in.
