It was super cute, lovely location. Liked that the hot tub had the privacy fence

We were not made aware that there wouldn’t be any towels, we managed to find a Tescos to buy some. When we came to use the hot tub later that evening the temperature had gone down and we wouldn’t relight the fire due to not having a lighter which was really disappointing, if we had known we’d have picked one up from Tescos however by this time it was too far and would be shut when we arrived

No travel cot as requested, hot tub not filled up as per email, told by staff was because we booked late

What a beautiful place. Didn't want to go home. So peaceful. Booked last minute to go with my partner and 2 dogs. The surroundings were absolutely beautiful, cabin so cozy and the hot tub was just perfect! Can't wait to go back

We stayed in the woolpack lodge for my partners birthday and used the fishing facilities Lodge- exceptionally clean and cozy feel to it. The hot tub was lovely in the evening as the entire outdoor part of the cabin has lighting fitted. We’ve never used a Swedish hot tub before but really enjoyed controlling the temperature by adding firewood, it added a glamping feel. Food - We went to the restaurant for an evening meal and all the staff were so friendly and accommodating. Reasonable priced alcoholic drinks too We came back for breakfast the next morning and loved it, I had eggs Benedict and it was delicious, my partner had a full English and everything was cooked fresh and quality food Fishing- reasonable prices to fish and really enjoyable pleasure fishing - would love to come back with the kids! Spoke to the owners in the restaurant and they are so lovely, I was asking for recommendations which lodge is good for children and Lisa told me exactly which ones would accommodate my two kiddies. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you It’s rare for a fishery to have all the lovely facilities fendicks have to offer

We loved everything- if we were to bring our children it would be amazing if there was a small play area whilst the adults fish!

Wonderful location, peaceful and relaxing, great place to unwind

The garden is all stones, a little grass area for the dog to rest would of been nice especially as it was a very hot day, gate did not lock which could be a problem if you have small children or wondering dogs

Absolutely beautiful location and excellent pod with hot tub. Bonus that it was dog friendly!

If the bar and restaurant was also dog friendly it would be even more perfect!
