Breakfast could have been better

The beachfront is absolutely immaculate

On our last night stay our ceiling fan literally caught fire above our heads while we were in bed. Fortunately a security guard was there to give us a replacement fan but at the time of night we couldn't be moved and had to sleep try sleep knowing the wiring was so bad right above our heads. We also left too early the next morning to tell the staff. The security guard didn't have much concern. We had a bungalow/fan room on the beach. It's lovely and simple but you're only paying for the beachfront views. The bungalow itself is in pretty poor condition but it does the job. For the price you pay for a fan room it would be nice to see some money reinvested in the place. It hasn't changed since 2018. Staff were also a bit unfriendly.

The resort is a hidden gem—beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly located for stunning sunsets. I would definitely return. The WiFi connection was inconsistent. There were occasional island-wide power outages, which are beyond the resort's control. However, they do have a generator, and I was surprised that it wasn’t turned on during these outages. I specifically asked for it to be activated because I needed to work, but my request was declined. In general, I’ve found Filipinos to be incredibly polite and helpful. Sadly, this wasn’t reflected in my experience here—the staff didn’t seem as warm or attentive as I expected.

The location in San Juan is perfect. The restaurant is recommended and offers good food. Breakfast is good. The staff is very friendly.

They don't clean your room in less than three nights

- It’s right at the beach. Nomatter at which room you are staying it’s only few steps to sea. - The location is good - you have “rent a motorbike” right infront of resort, also laundary service is close. Restaurants, bars, markets … are close. - They have 2 nets where you can enjoy. - Pool for swimming is okay. - They have pool to play (billard) - Workers are very nice

- Don’t expect much from breakfast. It’s not really the best. You can only choose between 4 types of eggs and ham/sausages + watermelon/banana. The coffee is instant, eventhough you want to order and pay for latte or iced coffee, they don’t have it. - Wifi is really bad. The one that is at the restaurant is okay, but in our bungalow it wasn’t good. Also we bought SMART Sim for data, but here it doesn’t work. - If you are staying in bungalow you should expect gegons (small lizard) and bugs to be in your room (since this is a bungalow and has holes). - Sea is only nice to look, but you can not really swim in it, because it’s not deep. Also there are a lot of small insects in the sea, so it’s not really pleasant.
