Thank you very much for choosing to stay at Seaflower Bungalow. We sincerely hope that all our guests will have a pleasant experience and create wonderful memories during their stay with us. 1.) We would like to kindly inform you that during Shabbat, the hotel is unable to accommodate certain requests or provide some services. We fully understand and respect your religious observances; however, we regret that we are unable to assist with certain matters during this time, such as preparing hot water or tea, or operating electrical appliances (e.g., turning lights on or off). 2.) According to the hotel’s policy, every individual is counted as one guest, including children of all ages. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and greatly appreciate your kind understanding. Please note that room cleaning, which includes changing of towels and linens, is every 2 days. Please note that there is a 3% fee when paying with credit cards. Please note that the reception is open daily from 08:00 until 21:30. Please note that additional guests above the maximum occupancy will incur an additional charge of THB 500 per night. Smoking in any unit will incur an additional charge of THB 5000. Additional unregistered guests are not allowed at the property. Please note that the quiet hours are from 21:00. We have a limited number of rooms and all reservations matter to us. We expect you to honour this booking as it was made, as we will. We will hold a booked room for you for one night only. If you fail to show up or do not let us know of your late arrival, we will consider the bungalow cancelled.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
