Property is lovely. Surprisingly spacious for a caravan and the outdoor decking area is very big. Loads of storage space in the caravan (cupboards, wardrobes, drawers etc) 10 minute drive into Barmouth On-site shop is good and has all you need for little too up shops, chippy isn’t too great so would recommend driving into Barmouth for a chippy

Parking was a bit tight but I think that’s more down to the amount of caravans that have been squeezed into the site rather than this caravan itself. Use of site facilities (pool etc) isn’t included in caravan price which is slightly disappointing when 2 nights there cost almost £300. Only real ‘complaint’ would be the beds need more pillows as one each isn’t enough. But otherwise we had a great stay

Beautiful modern caravan with a sea view. Great decking with a locked gate which was great for the children to safely play outside on. Great communication when I enquired the owner. Always a fast response. Lovely holiday and can't wait to visit again. Thank you x

Very spacious and great location. Bed guard for one of my children and some toys/games. Enclosed decking allowed the kids a bit more space to run around. Bed was comfortable and kitchen had all utilities needed. Modern TV with good signal which helped the kids on the rainy day.

Rust on the bedroom and bathroom radiator Very worn interior door handles Blinds at the patio doors were broken with pieces falling off the bottom Side table in kids room the wood is balancing so fell off when it got knocked. Toilet seat is too small for the toilet so when you sit on it, it slides off. More of an issue for my child who nearly fell in. Highlighted a leak in the hallway but didn’t actually get any feedback if someone had been in to look at it whilst we were there.

The location was lovely and beautiful beach

Was lovely but just little things, like no cooking trays, not enough cleaning products, like sponges,hand wash, bin bags.. but just apart from some of the essentials it was a lovely place to stay
