It’s neat and clean property

Hi, seasons greetings! I stayed 1 night and requested to waive off or charge per usage of room rent but they charged me for full 2 nights. I checked out at 12 Noon on 14th December but they charged me for two nights. I requested the manager on reception that to charge me till 12 noon of 14th Dec as per my actual checked out room but he did not agreed and charged me two nights. Request to refund one night extra charge please. Thanks
