Location is good because it’s near my office and it’s very quiet

The worst part is that they couldn't even process my credit card!The owner said he'd fix it, but he never did. He expected me to use a local app, but I’m a foreigner, how I could pay? Thank God my colleague had cash on hand, or I’d have been in real trouble. I'm definitely blacklisting this place.
