The staff who were responsible for room service really helped us quite a lot and tried to resolve all the issues. The food quality was really good.

No person in the reception. Everybody was busy to arrange the Christmas and New year party. The management was not serious regarding the comfortability of the general guest.

Actually there's no proper breakfast. First they said only tea and coffee is complementary. Once we told them that breakfast was included they told only upma and poha is there.

The behaviour of the manager. We informed him that we will be late. He called us several times and told us to confirm whether we are coming else he will give the room to someone else. There was no electric kettle in the room. Even he asked us to show the payment voucher where as we had shared the screenshot shot of payment long back.

The location was good and the rooms were comfortable. Although, there were some communication barriers, the staff was really helpful.

The staff was not well trained (specially the night shift ones). The staff didn’t quite under anything except the local language. There was a plumbing issue on one of days but the property had no backup.

My booked room was given to some other guest, i had to book another hotel 2am in night after driving for 3 hours. what is the use of booking from your app
