"Gorgeous"

Really nice and cozy place. Close to every activities. Absolutely something different. Wooden pods was so cute.

Everything was ok,maybe I add on outside few clothing dryers for wet towel,clothes etc.

You couldn't book the hot tub, ice bath etc for some reason despite it not being used.

Great place for an overnight stop while travelling but wouldn't have stayed there longer due to close proximity to M6 and train......which we knew when we booked. Very clean and hideaway was well equipped. Loos, etc were spotless but can't comment on if there were enough facilities if all hideways were booked.

Booking and check in was too involved and clunky. I was told they were in the middle of changing software so that might have been the reason. Very confusing for a German lady who was trying to check in and did not understand the instructions the owner gave her over the phone. No one on site during the evenings to support but did appear to be available on the phone.

"Was excellent in April, a few things let it down this time"

This place and grounds is well kept, facilities are good and it’s a nice location

There is a problem with flies. And there is no staff to monitor guest behaviour which is a problem when there are inconsiderate guests. Allows group bookings and so there can be a large group of men staying / in a party mood and then young families / couples looking for a quiet calm weekend.

Very relaxing atmosphere, staff made sure if there was any onsight problems you were informed by text message

Only issue was shower room with the movement sensor lights turning off.
