Staff are very helpful and friendly. There were not many guests there so we basically had the place to ourself. Great stay if visiting the national park.

The staff were very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Dhanraj especially helped us with booking trips and taxis. Sadly, I got news that my mum had passed away during our stay, and Dhanraj was fantastic with our needs and very sensitive towards us. Food was always fantastic and plenty to go round. Lovely comfy room aswell

The room didn't get cleaned regarding bins etc but not sure if a communication issue as we didn't really ask for them to be. Maybe that's just a difference in cultures as if we ever asked it got sorted straight away.

Amazing value for money, staff, hygeine. Everything is as good as a five star hotel.

The room was excellent with all up-to-date features like USB charging. The breakfast was tasty and in good quantity. They kept our breakfast as we had a morning safari.

The bathroom lighting can be improved. As most visitors to the National Park come with cars, it is recommended to have a dormitory sleeping for the drivers, like most of the other hotels do.

Great ambience and facilities. Very accessible location. Obliging staff and amazing food. Deepak was easily accessible via call and text and went out of his way to arrange a last minute safari for us.
