"Disappointing"

Camping was not crowded, lake was shallow and nice for kids.

Couldnt check in until 2 hours after check-in time (no compensation or anything offered, not even an ice cream or bottle of water). House smelled of cigarettes for days and ashtray was full of butts (not cleaned). Camping is very close to a highway and you can hear it all the time. Even with windows closed. Beds uncomfortable, could feel springs. Aircon leaky, big bowl was standing behind couch to "catch" water. Restaurant has around 7 items on menu, yet many not available. House did not look like the one on booking.com at all, pebblewash cladding, instead of wood, didnt feel like a camping hut.

"Superb"

The two-bedroom house C12 had a view of the forest. If you closed the window, you couldn't hear the noise of the motorway. After working hours check-in was convenient. A quiet neighbourhood.

"Staff very sweet. Coziness camping, but the bungalow needs a little work / finish"

Actually the staff !!!

The bungalow needed some curtain (no curtains on any windows !!!). Bad plummer work, kitchen drain dripping, When you flush the toilet it went up the shower cabin. loose armatur in bathroom, bad shower-head. Everything seems a "little homeworked".

"A beautiful place to stay for nearby Heide Park"

We would have loved to stay longer here as it was beautiful. We stayed in a brand new chalet right by a lovely man made lake which the children thoroughly enjoyed swimming in. The chalet had brand new air conditioning units which was amazing during some very hot days. Lovely staff and stunning scenery all around made this a perfect stay for our visit to nearby Heide Park.
