"Do not trust any advice you get from the staff on the safaris."

Nice rooms

Whoever goes to Gir want to see the lions safari. Advice of the reception and travel team were non-existent or wrong. Very disappointing. Fern-Staff: provide training to your team!!

Everything was great, couple of chairs could be placed in the balcony so the family members could sit together and enjoy. Rest everything was nice.

"Ok for one time short visit."

We liked the property and the surrounding greenery. It was very peaceful.

Non-veg food was very spicy. During breakfast, there were insects in an around the buffet table. Some dishes even had insects fallen in it making the food completely inedible. The food was cold too. Not at all hygenic. Service was very slow as well. The technician at the spa had a good idea of how to massage but all the other basic necessities were lacking. No basic questions such as what kind of pressure would one want or are there any allergies or past illnesses etc were asked. The treatment room was unkempt. The technician didn't bother to pull the curtains down during the process of the treatment. Noise from the swimming pool could easily be heard since the spa facility is just above the pool area and that completely negated the idea of a relaxing spa facility.
