The Fern Gir Forest Resort, Sasan Gir - A Fern Crown Collection Resort

A very eco-friendly resort. The front desk staff were extremely helpful, everyone in the resort was very friendly. Was helped via WhatsApp also to book safari permits and answered questions through there too.

One waitress made a mistake twice when ordering food due to communication problems.

Breakfast was excellent and very tasty. Staff is friendly and attentive.

Staff are great. Went out of their way to help us enjoy our time. The food was great. Rakesh (the manager) is fantastic!

This is a beautiful hotel surrounded by nature, you can hear the birds chirping. Beautiful pool area with bar, unfortunately no one was there at bar so seemed like closed when we were there. The sitting area above poo was also beautiful with view of the jungle. They do tea and snacks evening, which was wonderful. Breakfast and Dinner both which we had there was excellent as well with good variety and quality of food.. Will highly recommend this hotel.

They keep putting water bottles on table even when you did not order and then charges it. I was called back after checking out and clearing the bill that apparantly someone from group had used one of the water bottle at breakfast table and that was not included in bill just cleared. Compared to the total value of stay, this was peanut and with all already in car ready to go there was no way to check whether anyone actually did so i just simply paid for it but this kind of things should be better handled.

What a lovely resort - clean, comfortable, relaxing! Our cabin with a private sitting area outside was cozy and the beds were very comfortable. The restaurant served wonderful meals with lots of "live" dishes to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Though we really weren't interested in watching the TV, we expected a better choice of channels.
