The property was totally off grid, with water from a bore hole and electric from a solar panel and wind turbine. The view are amazing and its so peaceful, a great place to reconnect.

Loved it! The hut is really comfortable, has been well thought-out and has everything you need. The location's amazing, really quiet and secluded with gorgeous views out over the countryside towards the coast. It was lovely to sit outside with a glass of wine and watch the sunset next to the firepit. Our German Shepherd loved it too, he barely came inside the whole weekend - he was really happy just to nap in the grass or sit and watch the birds! The owners were lovely, they had the hut ready for us before our check-in time and were very quick to answer a couple of queries I had. Will definitely be back!

Ideal for a quiet and relaxing getaway! some great walks on the coastline about a 10min drive away and only about 25 min to Bude. The hut is very well built clean and tidy and the wood burner heated it up lovely! The shower got nice and hot too! Probably shouldn't say this as I would quite like to go back but its incredibly good value for money compared to what else is on offer in Devon! Perfect for people that prefer to be away from people and relax with a beer by the fire pit

Well we loved the quietness, the concept of being off grid and the simplicity. The views are just stunning and the hosts are fantastic. Would love to have some time out here again. Loved the bbq and firepits we had. Even though we were here during the heat (really) hot heatwave, later in the week we were a little chilly we made use of the wood burner. That baby kicks out some heat!

That the break was too short! It's worth noting you need to be a bit nimble to go us the steps to the bedroom area.
