Staff were so lovely. Remembered my name and made sure we were comfortable. The family room was super spacious and the large bed was so comfortable. Great location and great value for money. We didn't want to leave. Next visit to surfers, we will definitely be rebooking.

The stairs, lol. But im just lazy. One air con in the lounge area meant the bedrooms missed out of chilled air but it didn't worry us.
