Location was good and the surroundings were quiet at night (although suspect this depends who is staying in the neighbouring caravans) Good price for a caravan with a hot tub Pretty clean and comfortable enough living space Owner responded quickly to an issue we had whilst there

The caravan had ants, for which the owner did book a pest control officer to come and sort out as soon as we told them. However it meant we couldn't use the double bed which wasn't ideal, especially as a pregnant woman because the singles were very narrow and short Single bed mattresses were obviously old, were very uncomfortable and need replacing Would question whether this could comfortably sleep 6 adults with such small singles, we pushed the singles together and used the sofa Had to chase the security deposit to get it returned

The caravan was a nice decent size, nice outdoor area to sit with the hot tub. The toilet was on the small side but it was manageable.

- Could have done with a welcome pack and information on the jacuzzi. - It wasn't clean there were stains over the carpet and there were Halloween decorations behind the cushions. - The caravan was full of ants to the point where some of us couldn't sleep in the bedroom and they were all over the surface in the kitchen area. - on the booking it said the passes wasn't included which was okay however it didn't state that the pub/restaurant was included in the pass.

The Hot tub was lovely and warm and clean, maintained regularly by a chap on site to check PH levels. The park itself (Tattershall) is really nice, lots of things to do on site. Bedding on each bed was clean/fresh

Unfortunately we were met with dirty cups/glasses and crumbs & dirt on the floor in the living room & kitchen. We had no functioning lights in the main bathroom which made it very difficult in the middle of the night for 2 young children to get up and use the toilet. Sofa's, table and chairs shown in the main photo are not what is inside the Caravan.

Caravan was lovely and clean, well stocked with everything we might need or want and the welcome pack was a lovely unexpected bonus. The hot tub was fabulous, clean and well maintained. The whole park seemed well looked after, although we didn’t wander up to the main complex for entertainment. We would definitely book again.

Nothing really, it was a bit sad seeing the empty pitches near where the caravan we stayed in were but the whole weekend was lovely.

The property was clean and well kept with everything you could need. Hot tub was brilliant during the cooler night
