The staff was marvelous, always smiling and helpful. The food was satisfactory, although the breakfast buffet wasn't much geared to Western tastes.

I felt like I was at a 1960s' American summer camp, with a big dining hall, a central pool, and late partying. Beds were merely mattresses on raised platforms. Wi-Fi was spotty; I had to ask the front desk to give me a new sign-in.

Nature, quiet and nice place to relax

location is great. the resort is surrounded by nature, full of trees, flowers, pond and fresh air. the bungalow has a good set up with front yard and back yard. swimming pool size is large. dinner was ok.

the room interior is not quite matching with the beautiful nature outside. the plastic looking rubber floor and flashy colored curtain totally killed the nature. the room should have a comfortable couch or chair if you are going to offer tv corner. there are only low table and floor cushions. pillows are not comfortable. back yard should have outside seating. shower position is not supporting tall people. it is installed for tiny people only, or nobody ever checked the height after having the bathtub installed. bathroom is decorated with black tiles, modern looking which is again contrast to the outside surrounding. swimming pool is not very clean, decorated with dolphins which is not matching with the surrounding. breakfast is served as a set per person, not buffet which is ok during low season when demand is at minimum. I am not complaining about having buffet or not. but there is a real coffee machine at the beverage station, yet the breakfast is served with instant 3 in 1 coffee. this is the most ridiculous point for the resort to consider to improve. fresh coffee can be served with breakfast if there is machine. I asked staff and found out that fresh coffee can be bought separately... staff were nice but not well trained especially in the dinning area. one staff entered the dinning room and shouted (to speak) to another staff as if it is her own house, not knowing that customers were also in the dinning room. not willing to pay above average hotel fee for the above.

Breakfast was decent. Nice buffet on the weekends and very convienient and kid friendly.
