Amahelia Luxury Resort & Restaurant - Gili Asahan

Magnifique resort, avec un personnel très serviable et sympathique. La chambre est très jolie, avec une terrasse idéale pour se poser tranquillement. La cuisine est vraiment très bonne, avec de jolis plats. Je recommande les gnocchis au potiron et aux épinards, un délice, ainsi que la salade César, très bien exécutée. Côté cocktails, la piña colada est également excellente ! Les extérieurs sont très bien entretenus, avec une belle piscine. On s’y sent vraiment bien.

We loved the peace and tranquility of both the resort and Gili Asahan itself. One of the things we appreciated most was the complimentary boat transfer from and back to Pantai Kores, which made getting to the island very easy and convenient. The breakfasts were excellent, and all the staff were very friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to Hendra, who helped arrange our transfer to Kuta and was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay.

This is not related to the hotel itself, but the only downside was that we found quite a lot of trash on some of the beaches during our visit, which made snorkeling less enjoyable. Also, if you are visiting because of videos showing horses on the beach, keep in mind that they belong to a specific resort and are part of a paid experience, not something you will typically see around the island.

The most incredible staff, best food on the island & peaceful location. Staff knew everyone by name, were friendly, attentive & accommodating. Looked after me when i was ill & made me off menu food Nice pool to relax around, organised a snorkelling trip with a local boat & our ongoing transfer. The most special place we stayed on our one month trip - we would love to return.

Mi è piaciuto soprattutto il fatto che la struttura fosse perfettamente integrata con l’ambiente circostante, così come le altre strutture presenti. Spero che rimanga tutto così per non intaccare il fascino autentico di Gili Asahan. Siamo stati davvero bene.

Good location closest to the transfer point from Lombok island. Lovely pool beach facing with comfortable sun beds overlooking the sea. Excellent food with many unique local Indonesian food dishes. Extremely welcoming and friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful dining areas and chill spaces. Super cute and friendly resident kitty cats. Definitely would stay again.

Rooms could have a little more lighting.

We chose Amahelia online because it had a pool and also the Raja villa with the plunge pool. Also loved the massage option of being available beach front or in our villa. The best massage I have had on this Indonesian holiday was with Sree at Amahelia !!! All the staff were fabulous too and very accommodating to our every need.

Nothing we didn’t like…. But would have liked a jug in our room to make an early cup of tea Also I think it would be great to have yoga classes.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Gute persönliche Gespräche mit Personal. Gratis Ausleih von Kanus, SUP, Schnorkelausrüstung. Essen war lecker und sehr schön zubereitet.

Ausserhalb des Ressorts hat es viel Abfall. Respektlosigkeit von Touristinnen, die im Bikini mitten durch Dorf spazieren.
