Bardzo ladne polożenie, ladny basen i spa.

Pomimo grzybowego – szkoleniowego charakteru pobytu podczas zameldowania obsługa nie zapytała się dane do faktury. Podczas wymeldowania z hotelu dowiedziałem się, że do pobytu wystawione już paragon I mówiono mi wystawienia faktury. Ze strony obsługi brak jakiejkolwiek chęci rozwiązania problemu, przeprosin za niewłaściwe obsłużenie klienta, recepcja w żaden sposób nie poczuwa się do winy, Żadnej propozycji zadośćuczynienia, chociażby drobnego rabatu na usługi dodatkowe które opłacałem już prywatnie. Nie mamy pana płaszcza (faktury) i co nam pan zrobi?

- słaba oferta spa, mega drogie zabiegi, nie warte swojej ceny - w menu restauracji brakuje przekąsek do wina, deski serów i wędlin
