The place where you rent a scooter. Except that every thing is bad. Stay away

From the start, the person that pick us up at the airport was terrible , we waited for half an hour and then he said someone else will take us. The rooms look ok at start , we took the room with balcony which is much more expensive. And then you understand that you are close to the bar and the smell of garbage is always there, there are tons of mosquitoes which can go inside the room at any time cause the door doesn’t fully closed, there are cockroaches everywhere, when they clean the room they don’t washed the cups even properly just put some water and dry them out and there are still dirty and put it on rusty place. We had water coming out from the floor when it’s raining, when they send someone he just put a carpet on it like it’s fixed. We were so unhappy so we actually left in the middle and moved to a different place until the last night! We spoke about the transport to the airport 3 days before we supposed to leave and said we want to leave at 9am they confirmed, the day before confirmed it again. Then in the morning , 10 minutes before we supposed to go they said the driver “confused” and he will come at 10am , which after arguing with them they admitted that all drivers go at 10am. They eventually gave us a private driver to take us at the same rate. This place was a very bad experience, don’t make our mistake by booking there…!

They had watter problems during our stay for nearly 2 days.

The staff was kind.

If you are young and don’t need sleep this is the place for you. If you are not into listening to rave music late into the night and want a comfortable room, I’d look elsewhere.

Good hotel with some fun activities and vibes.

Super leuk “resort”! Het personeel van de receptie: Rose. Kim Milo en Fatima zijn super lief en je wordt meteen warm ontvangen. De kamers zijn erg ruim en er hangt een goede airco. De patio/balkon is ook erg fijn om lekker te hangen. Ze hebben hier ook een beach bar wat heerlijk is om ff te chillen en een drankje te doen! Van het zwembad hebben we geen gebruik gemaakt. De locatie is perfect, alle leuke dingen zitten op loopafstand of daar ben je zo op de scooter. Zeker een aanrader!

Op zondag is er een feest hier bij de beach bar, waar wij ook wel gewoon vanaf wisten! Mocht je hier niet tegen kunnen, dan zou ik het wel echt afraden. De kamerdeuren sluiten allemaal niet heel goed dus het is echt alsof je zelf op het feest staat, en de muziek gaat écht hard! Ik had gelukkig oordoppen met noice canceling in want het was knallende techno. Nogmaals, ons maakte het niet enorm veel uit maar mocht je voor je rust komen dan raad ik het wel af.

The staff from the front desk (Rose, Kim, Milo and Fatima) are super friendly, they were alwasy happy to help and answer any questions - big shout out to them!
