Basic and a bit shabby but we didn’t mind that - what we did mind were plenty of rodent visitors during the night (we think mice) coming in through the roof where the bathroom was. Lots of scrabbling around, running across the floor, under the bed and climbing over our things. This made for a very unsettling and uncomfortable night, and even though the breakfast was generous and seemed nice we were put off by the thought of having had mice crawl all over the kitchen. We came here because of the great reviews, maybe no one has noticed the mice before or they don’t mind.

Cabin and views were spectacular. The hosts were a very kind and hospitable family. I will definitely stay again.

It's an amazing place, it has such a lovely view. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hosts were wonderful and welcoming.

All good for forest life.

We stayed 4 nights in the worst weather possible but the stay was so cosy and lovely! The staff is wonderful, so nice and helpful always greet you with a smile(: Comfortable bed, big windows, patio and nice beautiful layout. The breakfast is the best! You get so much tasty food and you never leave the house hungry in the morning. You can rent a scooter from them which we did and they helped us to do our laundry. Recommend this place if you don’t mind bugs (we had bug spray so we never had bugs in the room itself) and real jungle vibes!

The bathroom could be more pleasant, as in it’s open in the roof and at the bottom which let many bugs (leeches were the worst) inside the bathroom. Also what you need to mind is the humidity, nothing dries up there. Everything was moist and at the end of our stay it didn’t smell nice.

Location is breathtaking.. view just to danau beratan.. looove it! breakfast is suprisingly soooo generous. the staff, omg, they are just happy and friendly people. will stay there again next time!

maybe the curtains are too thin, so it was just so bright that it was kind of hard to sleep...
