Location

If you pay below RM100, or 120 max, then go for it. That's the real value of the accomodation and services of this place. Gotta pay almost RM300 for a place that give a hostel/college dorm vibe sure feels like a scam. Don't let me start on cleanliness. You do your math. Only cash for deposit? They are not that helpful about this. For almost an hour before we can check in because of this, before they think about a solution (that I have suggested the minute i hear about the ridiculous rules of cash only)... The nearest atm are all out of service. So, if u really want to stay here, bring cash like its 1996.

Location

The building is old and rooms need renovation

Friendly staff, nice and clean beach, spacious room.

The noises from motorcycles from the public’s who uses the access lane right besides the property to go to the beach, especially at night.

The breakfast are good but not much variety. The location is so strategic. Near to the beach, walking distance.

The breakfast can be improved on varieties. I think should lengthen the timing of gate close to the beach, at least at 8pm.

balcony needs to wash ...not clean toilet wall and serounding shower area not clean add on room spray channel in tv should add more channel pls check plug point not all functioning well The pool looks clean when kids play and there are black spots floating no idea what was that ???
