"Tv not working, fan has no regulator, no space in bathroom and room..exterior is filthy and dirty,"

Reaction at the counter is arrogant. Discourteous and rude behavior of receptionist. Don't accept card after accept ing details. Disagreed to issue bill on reqest , after strong argument give bill.

"Value for the Money. Cosy, Neat and Tidy"

Location and Room and the facilities for the budget paid. It was clean and Tidy.

Contact details available in the Booking App / in Google Search were out of coverage / Switched OFF respectively created some disturbance in mind. However location was easy to be found through support of Google Map

The rooms are below average. Not good if traveling with family. This hotel states that it is 200m from Cochin International airport, when that is actually not the case. It is about 1.6km away by car and 600m away by foot.

Walking distance from airport

Terrible rooms - no warm water, not toilet paper, dirty sheets, no wifi, mosquitos everywhere - we left the room 2am and rather went to sleep in the airport…
