It is a bit far away from anything else which worked for us, but worth bearing in mind i- that being said the staff organised a car for us which was v helpful

The Hotel scammed us for Transport. 2 of them told me the taxi is 1000RUP/Hr and turned out it was 100000/Hr. first day i wanted to settle the taxi fare because i noticed something fishy was going on and they pushed us to pay at the check out. Second day same thing happened, pushed us to pay at check out but i told them i will pay today and they gave in. As i expected the bill was higher. and They lied to my face and told me they said "100000/Hr" and then blamed it on "language barrier". If they were more honest about it, we actually dont mind paying the right price.

Perfect spot for a relaxing few days. Very remote so hard to go elsewhere but the resort provides good food and drink so you don't need to travel much! The staff organised very very good value taxi pickup from the port - good to pre-book with the hotel to stop you getting hasseled by other taxi companies

The sea is very shallow here, so impossible to swim, you can only wallow!

Good location, near to BTT ferry terminal. Staff very very very friendly and helpful. Nice place and beautiful sea view.

The water flow in the shower room is very slow.

Perfect if you are looking for a place far away from the hustle and bustle and taking in the natural serenity to unwind. Me and my partner really enjoyed our 2 night stay here with super attentive crew. Food was great and transportation to other parts of Bintan can be arranged. All my requests made were fulfilled with exceeding expectation (Honeymoon decoration, pre-ordered cake, transportation and even fireworks!) Really thank you to TRC's crew for the amazing stay!

Water heater could be improved and as it's surrounded by nature, there's bound to be bugs around. Do take note not to bring sweet food/drinks into the room as it can attract ants and to put on insect repellent before heading out at night.

Breakfast was simple but good enough, staff was more than great - they were very helpful every step of the way and polite. They even offered to buy fruit for us for breakfast. Loved how the location was by the sea and the setup of the place is lovely.

I can't really blame them, but when we arrived we had to wait for quite a bit to go into our room as they were setting up the air conditioning so we got quite tired by the end of the evening. I think because of Covid they've only recently started up again and alot of the facilities were being fixed. Rooms and bedsheets kind of smelt mustly like it hadn't seen the sun in a while. The water pressure was low in the shower and the heater was not working. But all in all probably the cheapest in Bintan so I guess you can't really expect too much :) The staff tried their best though, even if a few of them couldn't really speak English

Great little place, quiet and away from the touristic areas, with some nice views on the sea and if you're lucky, sunset ! Bungalows are comfy and got everything you need, only the shower could use a refresher, but for the price you can't complain. Special mention to the staff who were super friendly and helpful during our stay and offered plenty of help to visit around and make our stay easier !

Good and quiet place, all staff are friendly and help. Some activity like boat , cycling dancing all are free
