The helpfulness of the staff

The hotel is quite far from the city centre and the neighbourhoods where the best restaurants are located. Due to traffic jams caused by tanker trucks supplying fuel to the DRC, Zambia, and other neighbouring countries, it sometimes took us an hour to reach our destination. Fortunately, the very welcoming staff made our stay enjoyable. At the hotel restaurant, we particularly appreciated Mussa, the head chef, who responded promptly to all our requests, as well as Emmanuel and Yohari, the waiters, who served us with a smile.
