"I probably would stay again due to its location to beach and if I needed multiple bedrooms."

Swimming Pool was good

It was not as pictures describe. Needs repair to items for example kitchen cupboards doors hanging off.

"great location, great large property"

property was spacious and clean. kids loved the pool and karaoke machine. walking distance to lovely beach whole complex was kept beautifully

"Pattaya Grand Condotel"

We encountered a couple of issues and Doen was addressed and corrected them ASAP. The property was exactly as described Doen came in every couple of days to clean Just a suggestion, I would create a book that listed restaurants, laundry's, bars, taxi's, etc. It sure would have been helpful

Whenever we called a taxi, they never could find us.

reasonable price , the swimming pool , Jacuzzi and karaoke are great for our group of 6 girls (my 5 niece who in their 20. the house and each of the room is a bit old but it's good enough for the price we paid ..
