The view, the pool and friendly staff.

The large amount of steep steps to get to the main office as well as to our executive room, it was very difficult for my elderly parents to get to the room. Once at the room, they couldn’t come down to even walk down to enjoy the pool so they had to stay in the room for the whole stay. Other items that were an inconvenience is the constant beeping of the smoke alarm (which they disconnected), the TV didn’t have clear reception so we were unable to watch any TV, the main ceiling fan was inoperable (they said it was for decoration only but did deliver two standing electric fans for us to use and there was not a microwave.

We liked everything! The staff were all great, very respectful and helpful, especially Juliet. She is amazing, very easy to deal with. The entire place is clean, a hidden gem. We especially loved the infinity pool, warm water and clean, the lounge chairs were very pretty and a lot to choose from. We like that the area is safe and quiet, away from the hassle and bustle. We loved the view. Any room you stay in, you will get an amazing view of the ocean and pool. We only booked for a day but as soon as we arrived, we decided to extend our stay because you can't get enough of the place! The room we originally booked is newly painted and the smell was so strong. They moved us to a much better room to accommodate our needs. We will definitely come back and we highly recommend this place!

were not allowed to borrow any kind of kitchen stuff. the stuff is unreachable and there is no 24 hrs reception. breakfast area is way to far that we have to up on a lot of stairs. its only allowed to eat in designated area. its included boring breakfast, which is no taste scrambled egg and pancake. not allowed to request of any kind of food beverage before the “head staff” is on duty. warm weather but they dont have water dispenser for drinking.

Vanaf de eerste tot de laatste minuut doet het personeel er werkelijk alles aan om het je naar de zin te maken. Niets is teveel voor deze lieve mensen. De kamers van het hotel zijn simpel, schoon en netjes. Let wel op als je bijvoorbeeld via booking.com reserveert want niet alle kamers zijn voorzien van airco. In ons geval werd er totaal niet moeilijk gedaan en kregen we alsnog een kamer met airco en wel voor dezelfde prijs. Verder heeft het hotel een mooi groot zwembad waar je tijdens het zwemmen van het adembenemende uitzicht kan genieten. Rondom het zwembad zijn leuke zitjes ingericht en ook staan er voldoende strandstoelen en bedden zodat even relaxen voor of na het zwemmen ook tot de mogelijkheden behoort. In de omgeving van het hotel is genoeg te doen zoals de leuke boulevard van Sabang met al z'n leuke eettentjes, of strandparadijs White Beach. Dineren of een drankje doen kan overigens ook in het leuke barretje van het hotel, om vervolgens nog even vanaf het bankje op de veranda voor je kamer van dat schitterende uitzicht te genieten. Absoluut een aanrader!

De naam van dit hotel doet vermoeden dat het hotel aan het strand ligt maar dat is slechts gedeeltelijk waar. Het hotel ligt op een heuvel (Highland) en via een smal stijl trappetje met meer dan 120 treden is een heel klein strandje vol stenen en stukken hout bereikbaar. Maar dit is dan ook het enige minpunt.
