Caravan Willerby Rio

The location was excellent. Ability to buy hot food .

The wifi only worked at the shop . The bedrooms were cold.

It was one of the cheapest accommodations available for the long weekend. The location is good. Although it is very remote, there is a shop on-site and a burger van.

There was actually no Wi-Fi in the caravan. We tried to make scrambled eggs for breakfast, but the pan was really bad and the eggs kept sticking. I suggest bringing your own pan. Additionally, the smell of dogs in the caravan was unpleasant. Although there are signs indicating that dogs are not allowed on the sofas or in the bedrooms, it seems these rules are not being followed. Check-out time is way too early at 9 am. The cleaners/owners arrived around 8:30 am, which was very awkward.

Quiet location. Close to both Looe and Polpero. With a walk down to Talland Bay. Plenty of room for 2 friends and 2 little dogs

Could do with a few thing, more toilet roll. condiments.

Duvets were paper thin, so got quite cold over night. Some of the utensils could do with replacing. Notices everywhere telling you what NOT to do which made you feel uncomfortable. The 9am checkout was early. Ok if you’re just a couple but more people I feel it would be a very early start to get everyone ready and to tidy up

Location, comfort.

Clean and comfy caravan with all appliances needed in situ. Comfy beds and spacious main room compared to other caravans. Lovely location inbetween Looe and Polperro. Quiet, well maintained site with a large dog walking field also really well maintained. 👌

It got cold at night (but then it was April). We took a thick blanket for the bed which made a difference.

Good location quiet site check in is simple and on a key lock box. Caravan is fairly modern and clean and well equipped.

Lack of heaters for when it's a bit chilly over night gas heater doesn't work in the living room and both bedroom heaters (built in ones) don't work. We had one oil filled radiator to heat the whole caravan. I recommend another heater to be supplied for those colder days of the season. Otherwise everything is ok.

Myself and family have previously stayed at this caravan and on our last visit we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, so we decided to rebook. The location of f this property is ideal, we thoroughly love spending time in both Polperro and Looe. The caravan site is a quiet location with beautiful views.

On our previous booking, the caravan was perfect, myself and my partner work an awful lot and we don’t get much time for R&R so this trip was much needed. Unfortunately, the caravan did not live up to our expectations as it did the previous time we came. Once arriving and opening the caravan door we were greeted with a smell of ‘wet dog’, the smell was so strong we had to immediately open the windows, although the bathroom had been cleaned and the kitchen sides wiped down, the carpets and rugs were filthy (filled with dog hair), they most definitely need a carpet cleaner on them! I do feel that this caravan would benefit from a good refresh as a lot of the decor including the bedding was the exact same from our previous stay.
