Naithonburi Beach Resort - SHA Extra Plus

Expansive resort with lots to do at a good location next to the beach in Phuket.

We were forced to move rooms late at night due to discovering a cockroach in our room. The new room that we were moved to had dirt on the curtains, hair in the bath and wasn’t cleaned to an acceptable standard. The hotel is also fairly dated and could use some renovation

Wir mussten uns auf Grund des Krieges im nahen Osten ein Hotel in Phuket suchen. Die Hotelmanagerin war von Anfang an sehr mitfühlend. Wir mussten unseren Aufenthalt wegen der Flugstornierungen mehrfach bis insgesamt 9 Tage verlängern. Wir sind ihr sehr dankbar. Noch eine Erwähnung am Rande, wir haben auf unserem Thailandurlaub überall nur freundliche Menschen kennengelernt. In diesem Hotel machten die Mitarbeiter zunächst einen unzufriedenen Eindruck. Wir haben erleben müssen, dass das vorrangig russisch sprechende Publikum sehr unfreundlich war. Wir waren freundlich und achtsam, wir konnten den Mitarbeitern zunehmend ein Lächeln ins Gesicht zaubern. Wir sagen vielen Dank, dass das Hotel uns den unfreiwilligen Aufenthalt doch so schön gemacht hat.

It was not the first time at this hotel; I love it a lot, really nice place with good service. There are many things you can o in the hotel, and the sea is super close to the hotel.

It is really hard to book on Booking. Swimming pools might be a little bit cleaner. Some rooms need to be renovated slightly to make them cleaner and more modern.

Location superb for the beach. The hotel is lovely and very well priced
