People kept trying to access the room confusing it for communal space. Dedicated parking not free and used by others.

"A beautiful and peaceful nature retreat with a unique treehouse experience."

The setting was absolutely stunning—being surrounded by trees made it feel like a peaceful escape. The design of the tree house was modern, clean, and cozy. It was a really unique and relaxing experience, romantic and private.

The directions provided for check-in were unclear, which made locating the property slightly difficult.

Lovely concept and as we enjoy comfort with a difference this was superb. The staff were exceptionally helpful and the breakfast served in our own space below the room was really nice - would certainly return. Thank you

As with many Italian hotels the inability to take full charge of heating/air conditioning at certain times of the year was the only slight disappointment.

Very unique design & concept, extra special occasion services are amazing, welcome charcutary board, local pastry and drinks were a very nice addition. The room was very comfy, jacuzzi & sauna a very luxurious addition. We felt very special throughout the stay!

There was a dead bug inside the little bathroom vanity set. Got nasal congestion while stayin. This usually happens to me in places with dust. So maybe some additional room cleaning was necessary.
