Nice location and atmosphere

Receptionist behaviour worst not respected. I was reached at 9.30 and asked for refresh lobby. They said no space for refresh lobby. They showed common toilets. They allocated room for us which was water leakage in near bed.

Beautiful setting and if you’re lucky you’ll see the giant Indian squirrels. Helpful staff, efficiently run. Lovely balconies on the bedroom.

The only thing I missed was a swimming pool which would make it perfect

It’s in a very green area with lots of plants and monkeys! it’s next to the water park which was lots of fun.

The reception staff was courteous, but not very helpful, unlike the rest of the staff who could not have been better!

I liked that the property was on the edge of town, in a quiet location, with a view of the hills. I also liked the long treed driveway (1km) and feeding the pet rabbits vegetables. The gardens are well maintained. One staff member (a manager I believe) kindly spent a considerable amount of time helping me try to book last minute train tickets from Mettuppālaiyam to Ooty. When it became apparent that it was too late to get tickets for the next morning, he came up with a solution to secure tickets from Coonor to Ooty, so I still got to experience some of the train journey. He seemed to genuinely care.

The person working the front desk spoke very little English. If I asked any question, on any topic, she just responded by telling me the check out time. The resort had no Wi-Fi in the rooms, which I found surprising considering the size of the resort, and the price of the rooms. The food in the restaurant was overpriced, and perhaps the most mediocre food I had in India.
