Hotel is set from the noise and busyness of Patong and has a really nice rooftop Staff at gym were great and really enjoyed pilates and yoga session Cleaning staff was really good, we left hotel late afternoon and came back to find the room cleaned

Hotel caters to dietary requirements however every morning I had to ask different staff for lactose free milk in order to finally get it and quite a few staff members said they didn’t provide it when they do or said yes they’d bring it and didn’t come back. If you have any dietary requirements ask the staff member near the restaurant entrance in the kitchen looking section as she was more aware of what’s available. Deposit required on arrival is very confusing especially for foreigners, ideally bring cash. They wouldn’t take a debit card or visa it had to be a mastercard credit card which would be returned 3-4 weeks after departure. You also have to have the physical card with you can’t be contactless Laundry prices are expensive, just down the road there’s a really good laundrette.

The staff were very friendly and assisted with most of our issues. also the bus into Patong was a great ad on. The food was very delicious.

The view now the room was not so good. there was no privacy since it faces an open area where people come and hangout.
