The outdoor pool is amazing and the breakfast delicious!!

Central heating system makes the temperature in the room a bit hotter than normal especially in the rooms that get hit directly by the sun during noon..

Mobilierul de sub lavoar are un miros greu de mucegai care se raspandeste in toate camera ( camerele sunt open fara usa spre zona de baie). Trebuie schimbat urgent pt ca strica toata armosfera! Micul dejun a fost doar ok, deoarece ma asteptam la mai mult pt un hotel de 5 stele.. Ex. oua benedict? Somon? Aici se poate lucra mai bine!

Excellent hotel, nice spa, dining was close to perfection with nice options and big portions.

The room was clean and spacious enough. The staff is probably the only aspect that I may not criticize at all – everybody we met was attentive, polite, and professional. Thanks and compliments to the personnel, who made our stay nice.

We were at the beginning of the season, and the hotel was still preparing for it – the workers were completing small things everywhere. The outdoor pools and the beach area were not yet tidied. However, the main disappointment was breakfast. The served items (omelettes and coffees) were rather mediocre. The buffet selection was extremely limited for a 5‑star hotel, and the quality is at Cash&Carry level rather than high‑quality small local production. Overall, the hotel gave the impression that its best days are over – you could see signs of wear and tear everywhere. We had a nice stay (thanks to the personnel) as we used the hotel as a base for our trips to Meteora and Mount Olympus, but I wouldn't choose this hotel for a full‑time resort experience.

Lage und Aussenbereich sind der Hammer. Zimmer sehr schön und komfortabel ausgestattet. Umfassendes Frühstück, sehr schöne Bar und zwei Restaurants. Liegebereiche und Poolanlage sehr schön. Blick aufs Meer und zum Olymp außergewöhnlich.

Straße führt nahe vorbei, Bergzimmer würde ich nicht wählen. Wellnessbereich sehr klein (Sauna und Dampbad) und sehr steril dargestellt. Ausserhalb der Badesaison / Aussenpoolsaison sehr wenig Wellness und SPA vorhanden.

Ein außergewöhnlich gutes Hotel. Die Menschen dort sind total aufmerksam, immer hilfsbereit und respektvoll, super professionell und achten auf wichtige Details. Top!

Der Regenduschkopf hat trotz Reparatur wieder den Geist aufgegeben und die Kaffeemaschine hat auch trotz Reparatur und sofortigem Kümmern und expliziten Nachfragen seitens der Mitarbeiter, ob jetzt alles gut ist, leider auch nicht so funktioniert wie sie sollte.
